As you can see the common brown will vary a lot in colour …its a very common snake all over the east coast of Australia and varies from 4 inches to 2m.. the common brown snake has a very short fuse and is really able to defend itself should it be put in the position to have too….. one drop of venom is able to mess with 16 healthy adults… so don’t mess with a snake yourself…. 21 species of snakes and a few legless lizards that can be found in south east QLD all come in a shade of brown… so if you see a long thin brown critter… call before you decide how to handle it…. or take its selfie and text it to brooke or myself and we can let you know what it is…….this snake can be dangerous..please treat all snakes with caution ..
